In screen grading, the material is separated mechanically on screen plates. Rolling bearings in vibrating screens are stressed by high, mostly shock-type loads. Moreover, the bearings, while rotating about their own axis, perform a circular, elliptical or linear vibrating motion. This results in high radial accelerations which additionally stress the bearings, and especially the cages, considerably. The operating speeds are usually very high. As a result, the bearing temperatures are up to 20 to 30 degrees Kelvin higher than in normal applications. In addition, considerable misalignments between the bearing locations and considerable shaft deflections have to be accommodated.

The stuffs, which fall into the high-speed rotating impeller from the upper of the VSI crusher, were stroked with other stuffs, which more around the impeller, because of high-speed centrifugal force .After they strike mutually, whirling fluid is produced between the impeller and outer covering .Through repeatedly striking and rubbing, the stuffs are crushed into pieces and straightly come out of the lower. The operating process circulates repeatedly. And then attains the fineness of the product.

Feed the stuff evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber. Due to the centrifugal force in rotation, the roller swings outward and presses closely upon the ring. The shovel carries the stuff to the space between the roller and ring. When the roller rolls, the stuff is thus grinded.

After being grinded, the stuff is to be routed to the sorter along the wind belt of the blower and the rough powder will be put back to the grinder for regrinding. The fine powder flows into the product cyclone collector together with airflow and is expelled from the powder output pipe as product.

Cone crusher is suitable for crushing various mid-hard and above mid-hard ores and rocks. It has the advantages of reliable construction, high prod activity, easy adjustment and less cost in operation. The spring release system of cone crusher acts an overload protection system that allows tramp to pass through the crushing chamber without damage to cone crusher. Two kinds of sealed formation dry oil and water are used, the plaster stone and engine oil are separated, and reliable performance is ensured.

Impact Crusher often apperars in secondary crushing, it can crush material whose crushing compression strength is not more than 320mpa. It is suitable to produce high rank highway, hydroelectric and building material.

When the materials enter the hammer crushing field, it is impacted by the hammers, thrown onto the impact plate. The stuff springs from the impact plate, is impacted by the hammers again, and thrown onto impact plate. This process will last until the stuff meets the requirement and drops from the machine. The shape and size of the output can be changed by adjusting the distance between impact frame and rotor frame.
